The following terms are guidelines to follow while on our site, www.pangeale.com. By participating on our site constitutes your agreement to follow our guidelines. Terms are SUBJECT TO CHANGE, so please be advised by this change.
The Pangea Guarantee:
Pangea guarantees that all of our pieces are hand made and crafted to the finest quality. Each bead is hand picked to ensure quality. Silk is designed from a silk/nylon combination for high quality and durability. All of our silk and beads are durable and approved for wear.
Made to Order (Online):
To ensure quality and maximum design, jewelry pieces (Bracelets, Necklaces, Key Chains) are made once the order is placed. This process takes 1-2 days. Once the piece is made, the item will be sent out. NECKLACES may take about 2-3 days before being sent out.
Custom design pieces can be made at the request of a buyer. Please email email@example.com for more info on how a custom design can be done. Pangea can only offer custom pieces from what our warehouse stocks. We DO NOT accept mail in pieces to be added to a piece.
Pangea's sizing is based on sizing of your wrists. We recommend that you take basic measuring tape and wrap it around your wrist to find your size. Pangea is not responsible for those who "want bracelet tighter or looser."

Small: 6.5 - 7.5
Large: 8.5 & up
Pricing & Tax:
All prices listed on www.pangeale.com are subject to change. If a change in price is made, no "credit" or "refund" will be given to those who made a purchase at a previous price.
All California residents will be charged with a 8.25% sales tax.
Shipping & Handling:
All shipping for packages will be sent via USPS (http://www.usps.com) for both Domestic AND INTERNATIONAL. Packages are shipped in a durable box to ensure protection of product during shipping. All buyers are also supplied with a tracking number via email.
ONCE A PACKAGE HAS LEFT OUR FACILITY AND IS ACCEPTED BY THE POSTAL SERVICES, IT IS NO LONGER IN OUR CONTROL. FOR LOST PACKAGES PLEASE CONTACT USPS.
Any order placed on our site does not guarantee availability of product & deliver. We deserve the right to cease, revise or discontinue any product on our store. If an order is placed and a product is not available, a substitute for another product or store credit is available.
Pangea offers NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGE ONLY policy. Customer must notify us within 7 days of receiving product to make an exchange (send email to firstname.lastname@example.org). Pangea is not responsible for ordering of wrong size or wrong item. If customer orders wrong size or bracelet, a re-string of $20 may be applied (See MADE TO ORDER). Necklaces are a re-string charge of $45. Buyer is also responsible for shipping costs both ways if an exchange is requested. An additional exchange fee may be applied depending on order. All SALE, PROMO CODE items, and NECKLACES are FINAL SALES. Exchanges will not be available for SALE OR PROMO CODE items.
Custom Pieces Policy
All custom pieces are FINAL SALES. Payment is required first in order for a custom piece to begin production on. Any changes wanted to be made after initial agreement, will required additional charges. Exchanges will not be available for custom orders.
